Kings SLA 2700 Pro 2700 × 900 × 800 mm
Industrial stereolithography at full-vehicle scale. Full marble structural frame, variable-beam 355 nm Nd:YVO₄ laser, and closed-loop galvo scanning at 15 m/s. Built for automotive, aerospace, and industrial prototyping where part size and dimensional stability both matter.
Engineered for Large-Format Industrial Production
Marble Frame. Vibration-Free. Drift-Free.
At 1,700 mm of travel, frame stiffness and thermal stability are the accuracy budget. Welded steel frames drift measurably across an 18-hour print. Aluminum extrusion frames ring at resonant frequencies that blur fine features. The 2700 Pro's marble recoater frame, marble elevator holder, and marble scanner base eliminate both failure modes — thermal expansion is an order of magnitude lower than aluminum, and marble's internal damping kills high-frequency vibration before it reaches the galvo optics.
At 1,700 mm of recoater travel, layer uniformity is the lower bound on part quality. The 2700 Pro uses intelligent position vacuum recoating — a closed-loop system that holds layer flatness consistently across the full build area. Combined with the closed-loop motion control system and vertical resolution at 0.0005 mm, layer-to-layer alignment holds repeatably across jobs that run for tens of hours.
Variable-Beam 355 nm, 15 m/s Galvo Scanning
Solid-state frequency-tripled Nd:YVO₄ at 355 nm delivers ≥300 mW at the resin surface — plenty of energy margin to cure KS408A and the broader Kings resin family at full scan speed. The beam itself is variable from 0.08 to 0.8 mm: fine for edge features, thin walls, and small internal geometry; broad for the high-throughput bulk fill that large parts require. The variable beam is the reason the 2700 Pro reaches 15 m/s on a 1,700 mm envelope without losing feature definition.
2,650 kg KS408A Resin. Included.
KS408A is Kings's general-purpose industrial SLA photopolymer, formulated to print rigid, dimensionally stable white parts with the clean surface finish required for automotive interior mock-ups, aerospace fit-check models, consumer-product concept parts, and production tooling masters. The 2700 Pro ships with 1,300 kg of KS408A as the first tank fill — enough for weeks of full-envelope production from day one.
One Machine. Full-Scale Industrial Production.
Voxeldance Kings Edition — File Prep to Production
Voxeldance Kings Edition is the file-preparation software that ships with the 2700 Pro. It handles STL and SLC input, generates support structures optimized for SLA at scale, slices the model for the 2700 Pro's specific build parameters, and exports machine-ready files directly to the printer over Ethernet. Because the slicer is tuned specifically to Kings's laser and recoater behavior, it reduces the trial-and-error loop that generic slicers create when running production SLA jobs.

Kings SLA 2700 Pro vs. 3D Systems ProX 950 vs. UnionTech Pilot 1600
The large-format industrial SLA market below 2 m is dominated by three platforms: the 3D Systems ProX 950 (the long-standing Western incumbent), the UnionTech Pilot 1600 (the established Chinese industrial player), and the Kings SLA 2700 Pro. All three target the same applications — full-scale automotive prototyping, aerospace tooling, architectural models, industrial production masters. The technology is broadly comparable: 355 nm solid-state laser, large marble or steel frame, closed-loop galvo scanning. Where they differ is structural architecture, scanning speed, and total cost of ownership. Here is an honest structural comparison.

Why Buy the Kings 2700 Pro Through Rev1 Technologies
Rev1 Technologies is the authorized Kings 3D partner for North America, serving automotive OEMs, aerospace suppliers, architectural firms, footwear manufacturers, and industrial prototyping shops. Buying a Kings 2700 Pro is a long-commissioning, high-stakes capital purchase — we deliver it as a managed program, not a shipment.
Our engineers review your intended parts — geometry, surface requirements, resin selection, production volume — and confirm the 2700 Pro is the right machine in the Kings lineup for your workload before you commit to a quote.
At 3,750 kg with specific power and environmental requirements, the 2700 Pro is not plug-and-play. Rev1 conducts a pre-delivery facility review, confirms floor load, power service, and HVAC, and coordinates freight routing to your location.
Your Rev1 quote includes DDP shipping from the Kings factory to your facility — insurance and US import tariff bundled. No separate freight broker, no surprise customs bills, no shipping coordination burden on your purchasing team.
Rev1 coordinates installation and first-print commissioning. Factory engineer on-site support is available per Kings's after-sales terms for additional travel and accommodation expense. Your operators are trained to productive use before we hand over the keys.
Voxeldance slicer training, Kings control software walkthrough, resin handling and post-processing best practices, and workflow integration with your CAD and metrology tools. Delivered by a Rev1 application engineer — not a phone tree.
Direct phone and email access to Rev1's technical team. (248) 707-2950 connects you to the engineers who know your installation. Proactive maintenance planning, consumable replenishment, and firmware update coordination for the life of the machine.
