Kings Industrial SLA 3D Printers — 600 to 1000 mm
Industrial SLA (stereolithography) cures liquid resin with a laser to build highly accurate parts with a smooth finish — the technology of choice for master patterns, investment- and vacuum-casting patterns, and accurate one-piece prototypes. The standard Kings SLA Pro machines span a 600 mm envelope up to a full metre: the 600, 800 and 1000 Pro, all sharing a 355 nm solid-state laser, VarioBeam variable-spot optics (0.08–0.8 mm), 15 m/s scanning and a full-marble structural frame. This page compares the three; for parts larger than a metre, see the large-format SLA range.

Choosing a Kings 3D industrial sla machine
The decisions that actually matter for this class of machine — size them to your parts, not to a spec sheet.
Build size
Size the machine to your largest single part. The 600 Pro gives 600 × 600 × 400 mm, the 800 Pro 800 × 800 × 500 mm, and the 1000 Pro a full metre at 1000 × 1000 × 600 mm — print in one piece instead of sectioning and bonding.
Accuracy & optics
All use VarioBeam variable-spot optics (0.08–0.8 mm) and a 355 nm Nd:YVO₄ solid-state laser with closed-loop galvos at 15 m/s — a small spot for fine detail and a large spot for fast fill, on the same machine.
Stability & materials
A full-marble frame (recoater, elevator and scan base) keeps builds dimensionally stable. Kings production and high-clarity resins (e.g. KS408A, KS608, KS158T) cover casting patterns, clear parts and tough functional prototypes.
Install & support
These are capital systems — Rev1 quotes a DDP package including delivery, installation, commissioning and operator training, with US-based support and financing on approved credit.
Need bigger?
If your part is larger than a metre, step up to the large-format Kings SLA range (1200 Pro dual-laser through the 2.7 m 2700 Pro).
Compare the Kings industrial SLA machines
| Model | Build volume (mm) | Lasers | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Kings SLA 600 Pro | 600 × 600 × 400 | Single | Compact industrial SLA parts & patterns |
| Kings SLA 800 Pro | 800 × 800 × 500 | Single | Large panels, housings & fit-check parts |
| Kings SLA 1000 Pro | 1000 × 1000 × 600 | Single | Metre-class single-piece parts |
All share a 355 nm Nd:YVO₄ laser with VarioBeam variable spot (0.08–0.8 mm), 15 m/s scan speed, 0.05–0.2 mm layers and a full-marble frame. Quote-only; Rev1 quotes a DDP package with installation, commissioning and training.

Frequently asked questions
What is industrial SLA and when should I choose it?
Stereolithography (SLA) cures liquid resin with a laser to build highly accurate parts with a smooth surface finish. Choose it for master patterns, investment- or vacuum-casting patterns, and one-piece prototypes where dimensional accuracy and finish matter most.
Which size — 600, 800 or 1000 Pro?
Size to your largest single part. If it fits inside 600 mm, the 600 Pro is the efficient choice; up to 800 mm, the 800 Pro; up to a full metre, the 1000 Pro. Send us the part and we will tell you which machine is enough.
What materials do Kings SLA printers run?
Kings production and high-clarity resins — for example KS408A (production), KS608 (high-clarity) and KS158T (tough) — covering casting patterns, clear parts and tough functional prototypes. We help match the resin to your application.
My part is bigger than a metre — what then?
Step up to the large-format Kings SLA range: the dual-laser 1200 Pro, 1450 Pro, 1700 Pro and the 2.7-metre 2700 Pro.
How are these priced, delivered and supported?
They are capital systems sold by quote. Rev1 quotes a DDP package that includes delivery, installation, commissioning and operator training, with US-based support and financing on approved credit.
