Three ways to print

Everyday, engineering, or reinforced.

Pick the material family that matches the job — easy everyday spools, tougher engineering resins for functional parts, or fiber-reinforced grades for stiffness and stability. Every Rev1 material is tested for consistency and backed by US-based support.

4 materials

Tougher and more temperature-tolerant than PLA — a durable everyday step up.

ABS

6 materials

Impact- and heat-resistant engineering filament for tough, functional parts.

ASA

3 materials

UV- and weather-resistant — ABS-like strength built for outdoor and automotive use.

Nylon / PA

7 materials

High-durability, wear-resistant engineering nylons — including carbon/glass-fiber grades.

Polycarbonate / PC

3 materials

Maximum strength and heat resistance for demanding, load-bearing components.

HIPS

1 material

A dissolvable-friendly support and modeling material that pairs well with ABS.

Prove it first

Send us your part — we print it free in Rev1 filament.

Real parts in real Rev1 material, so you can judge the finish, color and consistency yourself before you buy a single spool. Ship it or email your file; you get the printed sample, the material and settings we used, and a straight recommendation on which Rev1 filament fits the job.

Free sample prints cover parts up to about 250 mm in standard materials (PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, Nylon), one per qualified business. Oversized or production-quantity jobs are quoted case-by-case.

Frequently asked questions

Which Rev1 material fits my part?

For prototypes, models and general-purpose parts, start with PLA or PETG — easy, reliable and great value. For functional parts that see heat, impact or the outdoors, step up to ABS, ASA, PC or Nylon. When you need extra stiffness and dimensional stability, choose a carbon- or glass-fiber composite. Not sure? Send us the part and we will print a free sample and recommend the material.

Are these open, standard 1.75 mm spools?

Yes. Rev1 filament is standard 1.75 mm and runs on any open-material 3D printer — Bambu, Prusa, Creality, Anycubic and more. You are not locked to one machine or ecosystem; just load the profile for the material you are printing.

Do the carbon- and glass-fiber grades need a special nozzle?

Yes. Carbon- and glass-fiber filaments (the -CF and -GF grades) are abrasive and will wear a standard brass nozzle quickly. Print them with a hardened steel or equivalent wear-resistant nozzle. The unfilled materials — PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, PC, Nylon and HIPS — print fine on a standard nozzle.

How does Rev1 filament compare in value to name brands?

Rev1 is our own tested, quality-controlled line, priced to deliver strong value against name-brand spools while holding a consistent standard. You get a full 31-material range from one supplier, backed by US-based warehousing, shipping and phone support — so you can standardize your shop without paying a premium per roll.

Can I get a free sample print in Rev1 filament?

Yes. Send us your part or file and we will print a free sample (up to about 250 mm in standard materials), so you can judge the finish and material yourself before committing. One sample per qualified business; larger or production-quantity jobs we quote case-by-case.
