Rev1 Filament — PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, Nylon & PC
Rev1 is our own house line of 3D printing filament — 31 tested materials from everyday PLA to engineering PAHT-CF, all from a single US supplier. Every spool is quality-controlled for consistent diameter and color roll to roll, priced for strong value against the name brands, and shipped fast from our US warehouse with real phone support from Auburn Hills, Michigan. This page groups the full range by material family so you can standardize your shop on one line.

How to choose a Rev1 filament
Match the material to the part — temperature, load and finish — then step up only as far as you need.
Start with PLA or PETG
For most prototypes and everyday parts, Rev1 PLA (easiest, great value) or PETG (tougher, more heat- and chemical-resistant) is all you need — PLA for concept and display, PETG for functional brackets and fixtures.
Step up for heat & impact
When parts see heat, sun or impact, move to ABS (tough enclosures), ASA (UV-stable outdoor and automotive) or PC (maximum strength and heat). ABS and ASA want an enclosure; PC wants higher temperatures.
Nylon for wear & load
For gears, bushings and load-bearing parts, the Nylon/PA grades add wear and fatigue resistance — with CF and GF versions for extra stiffness and dimensional stability.
Composites & finish
Carbon-fiber (CF) grades add the most stiffness and a matte finish; glass-fiber (GF) trades some stiffness for toughness. For looks, the silk and matte PLAs finish beautifully with no special hardware.

Frequently asked questions
Which Rev1 material fits my part?
Start with PLA for easy, great-value prototypes and PETG for tougher everyday parts; step up to ABS or ASA for heat and outdoor use, PC for maximum strength and heat, and Nylon for wear and load-bearing parts. Tell us the part and we’ll recommend the grade.
How does Rev1 filament compare to name brands?
Rev1 is our own quality-controlled house line — tested for consistent diameter and color roll to roll — at a strong value against the big name brands, so you can standardize your whole shop on one range instead of juggling suppliers.
What diameter and spool sizes?
Rev1 filament is 1.75 mm. Most grades ship on 1 kg spools; see each product page for the exact spool size and available colors.
Carbon-fiber vs glass-fiber — which do I need?
Carbon-fiber (CF) adds the most stiffness and a clean matte finish; glass-fiber (GF) is tougher and more impact-resistant at a lower cost. Both reduce warp versus the unfilled polymer.
Where does Rev1 filament ship from?
From our US warehouse — fast shipping with real phone support from Auburn Hills, Michigan, not an overseas ticket queue. Call (248) 707-2950.
