CreatBot PEEK & High-Temperature 3D Printers
Pure high-performance polymers — PEEK, PEKK and ULTEM (PEI) — need a genuinely hot melt zone, a hot bed and controlled cooling, not just a filled-nylon "high-temp" printer. CreatBot's PEEK line delivers 480 °C dual water-cooled nozzles, a 200 °C heated bed and patented DAS in-machine annealing in a sealed, filtered chamber — PEEK-grade parts for aerospace, medical and energy from $11,999 instead of the $25,000–$30,000+ of INTAMSYS, Apium or Roboze.

Choosing a CreatBot PEEK / high-temperature machine
The decisions that actually matter for this class of machine — size them to your parts, not to a spec sheet.
Melt zone & bed
True PEEK needs a 480 °C nozzle and a ~200 °C bed, not a filled-nylon "high-temp" printer. Both CreatBot PEEK machines run 480 °C dual water-cooled hotends and a 200 °C heated bed.
Build envelope
Size to your part: the PEEK-250 gives 250 × 250 × 300 mm; the PEEK-300 steps up to 300 × 300 × 400 mm for larger high-temp parts.
In-machine annealing
CreatBot's patented DAS (Dynamic Annealing System) heats the chamber in real time during the print, raising PEEK/PEKK crystallinity and strength without a separate post-print oven cycle.
Materials range
Beyond pure PEEK/PEKK/ULTEM, both run the full set of filled engineering grades — PC-CF, PA-CF, PPS-CF — on open 1.75 mm filament with no cartridge lock-in.

Frequently asked questions
What materials can a CreatBot PEEK printer run?
PEEK, PEKK, PEI (ULTEM) and PPSU, plus the full range of filled engineering polymers — PC-CF, PA-CF, PPS-CF. 480 °C dual water-cooled nozzles and a 200 °C heated bed hold the melt and reduce warp across the build.
What is the difference between the PEEK-250 and PEEK-300?
Both are 480 °C dual water-cooled machines with DAS in-machine annealing. The PEEK-250 is the compact 250 × 250 × 300 mm machine at $11,999; the PEEK-300 steps up to 300 × 300 × 400 mm at $13,999 for larger high-temp parts.
What is DAS in-machine annealing?
CreatBot's patented Dynamic Annealing System heats the chamber in real time during the print, improving crystallinity and strength of PEEK/PEKK without a separate post-print oven cycle.
Do I need a special enclosure or venting?
No — the chamber is sealed and actively heated, with filtration built in. The machine arrives factory-built and calibrated; you provide power and space.
What support comes with it?
Rev1 is the only Authorized CreatBot Service Provider in the USA: phone and video support and parts from Auburn Hills, Michigan, financing to 72 months, and a free sample print of your own part before you buy.
Print your part before you buy the printer
