- Product Dimensions: 42.5 × 36.2 × 49.0 in (440 lb) [1080 × 920 × 1245 mm (200 kg)]
- Power Requirements:
- Voltage: 220–240 V, 50–60 Hz
- Power Consumption: 3000 W Peak draw with chamber heating, 2500W continuous base machine draw.
- The machine ships with two Nema 6-20p connections.
- One plug is for main machine power and must be connected with a rated draw of 15a. A 20a breaker is recommended.
- The second plug is for the chamber heater and is optional with a rated draw of 20a. A 30a breaker is recommended.
- It is recommended to use separate circuits. Optionally a single 50a circuit may be used for both. The D600 Pro 3 HS has independent breakers built into the rear panel unlike previous generations.

Safety Information
- Always connect the equipment to a properly grounded power source. Do not bypass or defeat the ground lead.
- Ensure all electrical connections meet the machine's power requirements.
- Avoid installing the printer near vibration-sensitive equipment, as the machine may vibrate during operation.
- Place the machine in a clean environment with good air quality and minimal airborne particulates during operation.
Selecting the Installation Site
When choosing the installation site, consider the following:
- Space Requirements: Ensure there is adequate clearance around all sides of the printer for maintenance and proper ventilation.
- Sides and Rear: 36 in (91.4 cm)
- Front: 60 in (152.4 cm)
- Overhead Clearance: 20 in (50.8 cm)
- Electrical Requirements: A dedicated 40A circuit capable of supporting the power requirements is essential.
- LAN Connection (Optional): For network connectivity and remote monitoring, ensure a nearby network access point.
Positioning and Maneuvering the Printer
Maneuvering the Printer:
- Use a forklift to move the packaged printer to its designated location.
Unpacking the Printer:
- While the printer is on the pallet, use an Allen key to remove the bottom skirt.
- Use the forklift to lift the printer, making sure that the forks appear on the opposite side of the machine.
- Lower the printer onto its caster wheels and roll it into its final position.
Final Placement:
- Once the printer is positioned, rotate the thumb wheels on each caster to lower the leveling pads.
- Ensure the machine is stable and level
before proceeding. - Reinstall the bottom skirt
Power Connection:
- The machine will arrive with two cables. One handles the majority of the machine functions, while the second powers the chamber heater.

Power On and Initial Setup
Step 1: Manual Bed Leveling
- Before any bed leveling routine, heat the build plate up using the bed temperature menu on the home screen. Set it to match your desired printing material. (55 degrees for PLA as an example) and allow the bed to warm for a half hour minimum.
- On the touch screen, press "Move Axis" → "All Home" to return the XY position to 0.
- Use the "-Z" button to raise the bed until the screen displays XYZ at 0.
- Manually move the extruder to each of the four corners of the bed.
- At each corner, adjust the bed leveling nuts until the gap between the nozzle and the bed is 0.1 mm (approximately the thickness of a sheet of paper). A 0.1mm feeler gauge is included in your tool kit.
- Repeat this process at all four corners until a consistent 0.1 mm gap is achieved without further adjustment.
Step 2: Auto Bed Leveling
- On the touch screen, press "Settings" → "Auto Leveling".
- The machine will automatically calibrate the bed using the Z-probe.
- Return to the Auto leveling screen, and enable your created bed map by tapping on the name. A colored checkerboard should appear showing the offsets. The bed mesh is now active.
Note: When changing between materials, repeat the auto-leveling process to maintain accuracy.
Final Step
Once the printer is leveled and powered on, your CreatBot D1000 HS is ready to print. Verify all connections, and perform a test print to ensure proper functionality and calibration
