Professional 3D Gaussian Splatting Software for Photorealistic Spatial Models — Engineering & Production
Lixel CyberColor (LCC) turns raw scan data from any Lixel scanner into photorealistic, interactive 3D Gaussian Splat models — with proprietary compression that produces files about 90% smaller than open-source 3DGS, no specialist hardware required to view, and a one-click web share link. Premium tier adds Map Fusion, Aerial-Ground Fusion, HD Enhancement, AI Dynamic Object Removal, and a Revit BIM plugin for AEC engineering and production workflows. Full specifications →

3D Gaussian Splatting reconstruction. Photorealistic output. ~90% smaller files.
Lixel CyberColor (LCC) is a desktop 3D Gaussian Splatting software that turns raw scan data into photorealistic, interactive spatial models. Walk through a site with a Lixel scanner, upload the capture into LCC Studio, and the software handles Multi-SLAM alignment, 3DGS reconstruction, color grading, and proprietary compression automatically — producing a cinematic-quality interactive 3D model in minutes. Output files are about 90% smaller than open-source 3DGS implementations without sacrificing visual fidelity, so models share via web link and view on any device with no installer.
Three licenses. One pipeline. Pick the workflow fit.
LCC Studio is sold in three tiers. Basic is permanently free — included with every Lixel scanner and available standalone — and covers the core 3DGS reconstruction pipeline plus web sharing. Premium at $2,500/year is the production tier with Map Fusion, Aerial-Ground Fusion, HD Enhancement, AI Dynamic Object Removal, and the Revit BIM plugin. Perpetual at $10,000 one-time is dongle-based for fully offline / air-gapped environments.
Enterprise Linux deployment available from $25,000/node (3-node minimum). LCC Docker for PortalCam: $18,000. Multi-seat and bundled hardware-plus-software quotes available from Rev1.
Send Rev1 your scanner choice, deliverable type, and integration target (Unity, Unreal, Revit, web). We will recommend the tier that matches the actual workflow before quote — no upsell.
Photorealistic 3DGS output. ~90% smaller than open-source.
XGRIDS' proprietary 3DGS compression yields models about 90% smaller than open-source implementations such as the original 3DGS reference, NeRF-Studio outputs, or community Splat exports — without giving up visual fidelity. Ten-gigabyte open-source captures become roughly 1 GB shareable models. The pipeline keeps photorealistic surface detail, sharp edges, and accurate color while making web delivery practical on any device.
Premium-tier HD Enhancement processes captures at higher fidelity for hero deliverables — film and virtual production location plates, real-estate flagship listings, AEC client presentations. AI Dynamic Object Removal cleans transient objects (people, vehicles) for digital twin output. Together these two Premium features cover the gap between "draft 3DGS" and "client-ready spatial model."
Send Rev1 a sample capture (or describe the project) and we will process a representative LCC Premium model on your geometry — not a vendor demo scene. Evaluate the output before you commit.
Works with the full Lixel scanner family. Plus third-party 3DGS data.
LCC ingests scan data from every Lixel hardware product and from third-party 3DGS-compatible captures. Each scanner is purpose-built for a different capture rhythm; LCC unifies them into a single 3DGS reconstruction pipeline.
Five export targets. Web viewer embed link. Pipeline-ready.
LCC exports to industry-standard formats so output feeds whatever pipeline you already run. The web viewer embed link is the fastest deliverable — one URL, opens in any browser, no installer. The other formats integrate with Unity, Unreal, Revit, USDZ-aware Apple platforms, and any tool that consumes .ply geometry.
Apple Vision Pro and Meta Quest XR pipelines consume LCC output via .usdz and .glTF exports. Premium-tier Revit BIM plugin enables Scan-to-BIM workflows for AEC engineering deliverables.
GPU-accelerated. Windows-first. Mac with caveats.
Lixel Studio, Unity, Unreal, Revit BIM, web viewers.
Capture → Process → Share.
Scan with any Lixel hardware: PortalCam for highest-fidelity 3DGS, Kity K1 for compact professional capture, or L2 Pro for survey-grade point cloud + 3DGS fusion. One button starts scanning — no markers, no tripods, no calibration scene. Monitor in real-time via the LixelGO mobile app.
Upload scan data to LCC Studio. The software handles Multi-SLAM alignment, Gaussian Splatting reconstruction, color grading, and proprietary compression automatically. Premium adds Map Fusion (multi-scan stitching), Aerial-Ground Fusion (drone + ground capture), HD Enhancement, and AI Dynamic Object Removal.
Publish the model as an interactive web embed link — share with clients, collaborators, the public. Viewers explore the space naturally on any device with no installer. Annotate and measure inside LCC Studio. Export to Unity, Unreal, Revit, USDZ, or glTF for downstream production integration.
Small interior captures (apartments, suite tours, single rooms) finish processing in tens of minutes on a recommended-spec workstation. Larger sites (whole-building digital twins, multi-pass exterior captures) run overnight; Premium Map Fusion projects take longer but parallelize well across modern GPUs. Output is always shareable as a web link the moment processing completes.

Lixel CyberColor vs. the 3DGS / spatial-software market.
We benchmark LCC against the four most-asked-about 3DGS / spatial visualization alternatives: Polycam Pro (phone-first consumer), Luma AI Studio (cloud NeRF/3DGS), NeRF Studio (open-source research framework), and Postshot (desktop commercial 3DGS). Plus the intra-brand cross-shop — Lixel Studio, the LiDAR point-cloud pipeline that pairs with LCC on the same scan capture. Goal: where LCC leads on file efficiency, integrations, and production workflow — and where a different tool genuinely fits better.
Send Rev1 your workflow and we will tell you which tool actually fits the pipeline — including when a different product is the better answer.

XGRIDS / Lixel software with Rev1 workflow support.
A 3D Gaussian Splatting software license is a workflow decision, not just a download. Rev1 helps validate the target scanner, deliverable type, integration target (Unity, Unreal, Revit, web viewer), and license tier before LCC is deployed on a production team.
Confirm whether Basic, Premium, or Perpetual is the right fit for the specific workflow, deliverable type, and integration target — no upsell. Most professional teams sit on Premium; Perpetual is the answer for air-gapped facilities.
Send Rev1 a sample scan and we will process a representative LCC Premium model on your actual geometry — not a vendor demo scene. Evaluate file size, fidelity, and output quality before commit.
