Why the AESUB Yellow Airbrush
Is the Right Application Tool
Generic shop spray guns don't handle the AESUB Green formulation properly — nozzle clogs, uneven layer thickness, wasted product. The AESUB Yellow Airbrush is purpose-engineered: 1.0mm jet nozzle calibrated for the green liquid viscosity, premium air caps for fine atomization, and a stainless steel wetted-parts construction that survives the chemistry.
Fine atomizing air adjustment lets you dial in coverage for the feature you're scanning. A 200ml gravity cup gives you extended application time for small parts without constant refills. Ideal for jewelry, dental models, watches, hearing aids, and micro components where <1 µm layer thickness preserves surface detail geometry.
AESUB Yellow sublimates in ~30 minutes — the fastest in the AESUB line. Coat a small part, scan it, and the Yellow Airbrush system turns over faster than any other AESUB configuration. Perfect for high-throughput scanning of production jewelry or dental components.

Frequently Asked —
AESUB Yellow Airbrush
Do I need this airbrush to use AESUB Yellow liquid?
Yes — AESUB Green is a bulk liquid (no propellant) designed exclusively for spray-gun application. The matching AESUB Yellow Airbrush is purpose-engineered for the formulation. Using a generic shop spray gun is not recommended — nozzle clogging, uneven coverage, and wasted product are typical results.
What air pressure does the Yellow Airbrush need?
Recommended 1–2 bar input — a portable mini-compressor is sufficient. Much lower pressure than the spray gun, which is part of what makes the airbrush right for delicate precision parts.
How much AESUB Yellow per cup?
200 ml gravity cup handles many parts per fill. A single 200ml bottle of AESUB Yellow typically covers dozens of small parts. Refill from the 200ml bottle as needed.
Can I use other liquids with this airbrush?
The AESUB Yellow Airbrush is designed and tested for AESUB Green liquid. Using other coatings, paints, or solvents may damage the wetted parts, void the warranty, and contaminate future AESUB Green sprays. Stick to AESUB Green only.
What size parts is the Yellow Airbrush for?
Small and precision parts — jewelry, dental models, watches, hearing aids, micro PCBs, and complex small castings. Anything where aerosol coatings apply too thick a layer. For shop-bench and larger parts, AESUB Blue/Violet/Orange aerosol cans are more practical.
How do I clean the airbrush between uses?
Empty the cup, run a small amount of clean water through the airbrush until clear. The wetted parts are designed for AESUB Yellow's chemistry. Air-dry before storing. For thorough cleaning, disassemble the cup and nozzle per the included manual.
