Why the AESUB Green Spray Gun
Is the Right Application Tool
Generic shop spray guns don't handle the AESUB Green formulation properly — nozzle clogs, uneven layer thickness, wasted product. The AESUB Green Spray Gun is purpose-engineered: 1.0mm jet nozzle calibrated for the green liquid viscosity, premium air caps for fine atomization, and a stainless steel wetted-parts construction that survives the chemistry.
Innovative spray control with atomizing air adjustment lets you dial in the layer thickness for the surface you're scanning. A 500ml gravity cup gives you 30+ minutes of continuous spraying without refill stops. Ideal for yacht hulls, vehicle bodies, and large industrial frames where uniform matte coverage is critical.
Stainless steel wetted parts survive repeated cleaning cycles. G 1/4" air inlet and G 3/8" material inlet for standard shop air systems. Recommended 3–4 bar (0.2–0.3 MPa) input, max 8 bar. 486g weight balanced for hours of continuous use.
Engineered for AESUB Green
Production Workflows

Easy-to-fill gravity cup, needle packaging at automatic gun level, premium air caps with optimized distribution, innovative spray control with atomizing air adjustment, and a 1/4" adapter that fits standard shop air. Stainless steel wetted parts handle the AESUB Green chemistry through hundreds of fill-and-spray cycles without corrosion or contamination.

Frequently Asked —
AESUB Green Spray Gun
Do I need this gun to use AESUB Green liquid?
Yes — AESUB Green is a bulk liquid (no propellant) designed exclusively for spray-gun application. The matching AESUB Green Spray Gun is purpose-engineered for the formulation. Using a generic shop spray gun is not recommended — nozzle clogging, uneven coverage, and wasted product are typical results.
What air pressure does it need?
Recommended 3–4 bar (0.2–0.3 MPa, ~58 PSI) input pressure. Maximum 8 bar (116 PSI). G 1/4" air inlet fits standard shop air compressor lines. Most production shop compressors are well within this range.
How much AESUB Green per cup?
500 ccm gravity cup holds about 30–40 minutes of continuous spraying depending on flow rate. Refill from the bulk 1L bottle (or 5L canister for high-volume work).
Can I use other liquids with this gun?
The AESUB Green Spray Gun is designed and tested for AESUB Green liquid. Using other coatings, paints, or solvents may damage the wetted parts, void the warranty, and contaminate future AESUB Green sprays. Stick to AESUB Green only.
What size parts is this for?
Large-scale scans — yacht hulls, automotive bodies, large machine frames, robot-arm scanning cells. Anything where aerosol cans don't scale to the surface area. For shop-bench parts, AESUB Blue/Violet/Orange aerosol cans are more practical.
How do I clean the gun between uses?
Empty the cup, run a small amount of clean water (or vendor-recommended thinner) through the gun until clear. The stainless steel wetted parts hold up to repeated wet-cleaning cycles. Air-dry before storing. Refer to the included manual for detailed cleaning steps.
