Authentic Micro Swiss nozzles, made in the USA
Every nozzle is a genuine Micro Swiss part — M2 high-speed steel, hardened and WS2-coated in Micro Swiss’s own US facility. Rev1 Technologies is your authorized Micro Swiss reseller and US support partner, Auburn Hills, Michigan.
The hardest MK8 nozzle we stock.

High-speed steel that barely wears.
Machined from M2 tool steel, hardened and tempered to 68 HRC.
M2 high-speed steel is the same family used for cutting tools — dramatically harder than brass or A2. The orifice holds its size through the most abrasive filaments, so your Ender or CR-10 stays accurate print after print.

Nickel-plated, WS2 nano-coated.
Coefficient of friction just 0.035 for clean, non-stick flow.
An Electroless Nickel Plating plus a WS2 nano coating give an extremely low 0.035 coefficient of friction — so filament flows cleanly, buildup stays down, and the hardened steel underneath keeps resisting abrasion.

Keeps its hardness at high temperatures.
Operates up to 450°C without losing hardness.
Unlike brass, M2 high-speed steel holds its hardness at high temperatures — so this nozzle is at home with high-temp engineering filaments as well as abrasives. Available in .4, .6, .8 and 1.0 mm.

Four orifice sizes.
Same M2 body and WS2 coating in every size.
Stay at .4 mm for everyday detailed prints, or open up to .6–1.0 mm for faster, stronger functional parts in carbon-fiber, glass-fiber and metal-filled materials.
Fits most MK8 hotends.

A direct, drop-in replacement.
The standard MK8 nozzle used across dozens of popular printers.
Fits Creality Ender 2 / 3 / 3 V2 / 3 Pro / 3 S1 / 3 Max / 5 / 5 Pro / 5 Plus / 6, the CR-10 series, MakerBot Replicator, Anet, Artillery, CraftBot, Alfawise, Flsun, Geeetech, Tevo and more printers with an MK8 hotend. Not sure? Call us with your printer model and we’ll confirm before you buy.

FAQ
Micro Swiss MK8 M2 Nozzle — Questions
M2 vs A2 vs brass — which should I get?
Brass is the everyday choice; A2 steel resists abrasives longer; M2 high-speed steel is the hardest and holds up at the highest temperatures (to 450°C). Choose M2 for the most demanding abrasive and high-temp printing.
Does it fit my Ender / CR-10?
Yes — it’s a standard MK8 nozzle, which is what Creality Ender, CR-10, MakerBot and dozens of other printers use. If you’re unsure, call us with your printer model and we’ll confirm before you buy.
Which orifice size should I pick?
.4 mm is the all-round default. Go up to .6–1.0 mm for faster, stronger functional prints with filled materials.
