Authentic Micro Swiss nozzles, made in the USA
Every nozzle is a genuine Micro Swiss part — 360 brass, TwinClad XT plated in Micro Swiss’s own US facility. Rev1 Technologies is your authorized Micro Swiss reseller and US support partner, Auburn Hills, Michigan.
The MK8 upgrade for Creality & Ender printers.

A precise, genuine MK8 nozzle.
Drops into the MK8 hotend on most Creality, Ender, CR-10 and MakerBot printers.
The stock nozzles that ship with budget printers are inconsistent. Micro Swiss machines each MK8 nozzle from 360 brass to tight tolerances for even heat transfer and smooth, repeatable extrusion across PLA, PETG and ABS.

Low friction. Handles abrasives.
A hard, wear-resistant nickel-composite plating with very low friction.
TwinClad XT beats nickel-PTFE for low friction and resists abrasion — so this MK8 brass nozzle prints carbon-fiber, stainless, wood-filled and other abrasive filaments far better than the stock brass nozzle, and lasts longer doing it.

Six orifice sizes — detail to high-flow.
Same 360 brass body and TwinClad XT coating in every size.
Drop to .2–.3 mm for fine detail and miniatures, keep .4 mm for everyday prints, or step up to .6–1.0 mm for faster, stronger functional parts on your Ender or CR-10.
Fits most MK8 hotends.

A direct, drop-in replacement.
The standard MK8 nozzle used across dozens of popular printers.
Fits Creality Ender 2 / 3 / 3 V2 / 3 Pro / 3 S1 / 3 Max / 5 / 5 Pro / 5 Plus / 6, the CR-10 series, MakerBot Replicator, Anet, Artillery, CraftBot, Alfawise, Flsun, Geeetech, Tevo and more printers with an MK8 hotend. Not sure? Call us with your printer model and we’ll confirm before you buy.

FAQ
Micro Swiss MK8 Brass Nozzle — Questions
Does it fit my Ender / CR-10?
Yes — it’s a standard MK8 nozzle, which is what Creality Ender, CR-10, MakerBot and dozens of other printers use. If you’re unsure, call us with your printer model and we’ll confirm before you buy.
Can brass handle abrasive filaments?
With the TwinClad XT coating it resists abrasion far better than an uncoated brass nozzle and handles carbon-fiber and metal-filled materials well. For the longest life under constant heavy abrasives, step up to the Micro Swiss MK8 A2, M2 or CM2 nozzle.
Which orifice size should I pick?
.4 mm is the all-round default. Drop to .2–.3 mm for fine detail, or open up to .6–1.0 mm for faster, stronger functional prints.
