Authentic Micro Swiss nozzles, made in the USA
Every nozzle is a genuine Micro Swiss part — A2 tool steel, heat-treated and TwinClad XT plated in Micro Swiss’s own US facility. Rev1 Technologies is your authorized Micro Swiss reseller and US support partner, Auburn Hills, Michigan.
Built to outlast brass on abrasive filaments.

Hardened steel that holds its orifice size.
Brass wears open fast with filled filaments — flow drifts and quality drops.
The MK8 A2 nozzle is machined from A2 tool steel and heat-treated to 57–62 Rockwell C — far harder than brass. The orifice keeps its diameter print after print, so your Ender or CR-10 stays dimensionally accurate across long, abrasive jobs.

Low friction on top of hardened steel.
A wear-resistant, low-friction plating over the A2 core.
The TwinClad XT coating lowers friction and buildup for smoother extrusion, and adds another layer of abrasion resistance on top of the hardened steel — the combination that makes this the go-to MK8 nozzle for carbon-fiber and metal-filled printing.

Four orifice sizes — detail to high-flow.
Same A2 body and TwinClad XT coating in every size.
Stay at .4 mm for everyday detailed prints, or open up to .6–1.0 mm for faster, stronger functional parts in carbon-fiber and metal-filled materials. Ideal for CF, glass-fiber, stainless/metal-filled, wood-filled and glow filaments.

US-machined, warrantied against wear.
Precision-machined by Micro Swiss in the USA and backed by a limited lifetime warranty.
Each MK8 A2 nozzle is machined and heat-treated in Micro Swiss’s own US facility to tight tolerances, then carries a limited lifetime warranty against wear — the kind of consistency you can standardize a print farm on.
Fits most MK8 hotends.

A direct, drop-in replacement.
The standard MK8 nozzle used across dozens of popular printers.

FAQ
Micro Swiss MK8 A2 Nozzle — Questions
Does it fit my Ender / CR-10?
Yes — it’s a standard MK8 nozzle, which is what Creality Ender, CR-10, MakerBot and dozens of other printers use. If you’re unsure, call us with your printer model and we’ll confirm before you buy.
Why A2 steel over brass?
Brass is soft and wears open quickly with abrasive filaments. A2 tool steel, heat-treated to 57–62 RC and TwinClad XT coated, holds its orifice size far longer when printing carbon-fiber, glass-fiber and metal-filled materials.
Which orifice size should I pick?
.4 mm is the all-round default. Go up to .6–1.0 mm for faster, stronger functional prints with filled materials. It still prints standard PLA/PETG/ABS too.
