Authentic Micro Swiss nozzles, made in the USA
Every nozzle is a genuine Micro Swiss part — 360 brass, TwinClad XT plated in Micro Swiss’s own US facility. Rev1 Technologies is your authorized Micro Swiss reseller and US support partner, Auburn Hills, Michigan.
The MK10 upgrade for FlashForge & Dremel.

A precise, genuine MK10 nozzle.
Drops into the standard PTFE-lined MK10 hotend on FlashForge, Dremel and Wanhao printers.
The stock nozzles on these printers are inconsistent. Micro Swiss machines each MK10 nozzle from 360 brass to tight tolerances for even heat transfer and smooth, repeatable extrusion across PLA, PETG and ABS.

Low friction. Handles abrasives.
A hard, wear-resistant nickel-composite plating with very low friction.
TwinClad XT beats nickel-PTFE for low friction and resists abrasion — so this MK10 brass nozzle prints carbon-fiber, stainless, wood-filled and other abrasive filaments far better than the stock nozzle, and lasts longer doing it.

Six orifice sizes — detail to high-flow.
Same 360 brass body and TwinClad XT coating in every size.
Drop to .2–.3 mm for fine detail and miniatures, keep .4 mm for everyday prints, or step up to .6–.8 mm for faster, stronger functional parts.
For standard PTFE-lined MK10 hotends.

A direct, drop-in replacement.
For the stock PTFE-lined MK10 hotend (M7 thread).
Fits FlashForge Creator Pro / Creator X / Dreamer, Dremel 3D20 / 3D40, Wanhao Duplicator, Monoprice Maker and similar printers with a standard PTFE-lined MK10 hotend. (For the Micro Swiss MK10 all-metal hotend kit, use the matching all-metal MK10 nozzle instead.) Not sure? Call us with your printer model and we’ll confirm before you buy.

FAQ
Micro Swiss MK10 Brass Nozzle — Questions
Does it fit my FlashForge / Dremel?
Yes — it’s a standard PTFE-lined MK10 nozzle (M7 thread), which is what FlashForge Creator/Dreamer, Dremel 3D20/3D40, Wanhao and Monoprice printers use. If you’re unsure, call us with your printer model and we’ll confirm before you buy.
Will it fit the Micro Swiss all-metal MK10 hotend?
No — the Micro Swiss MK10 all-metal hotend kit uses a different nozzle with different internal dimensions. Use the matching all-metal MK10 nozzle for that kit; this one is for the standard PTFE-lined MK10 hotend.
Which orifice size should I pick?
.4 mm is the all-round default. Drop to .2–.3 mm for fine detail, or open up to .6–.8 mm for faster, stronger functional prints.
