All-Metal Heat Break Body

No PTFE in the hot zone.

Micro Swiss MK10 All-Metal Hotend Kit detail

High-temp capable.

The all-metal heat break removes the PTFE liner from the melt zone, so there is nothing to burn or deform at high temperatures — the foundation of running ABS, nylon and polycarbonate on an MK10 hotend without heat-creep clogs.

Why This Kit

A true all-metal upgrade, built to last.

All-Metal
All-Metal Thermal Break

Replaces the stock PTFE-lined throat with a true all-metal heat break — there is no liner in the hot zone to burn, deform or out-gas, so you can run higher temperatures without the heat-creep clogs a degrading PTFE tube causes.

XT
TwinClad XT Plated Path

The Micro Swiss nozzle and melt path are finished with TwinClad XT — a hard, very-low-friction nickel-composite plating that resists abrasion and buildup far better than a bare brass hotend.

USA
Complete Drop-In Kit, Made in USA

A complete, printer-specific conversion kit — all-metal heat break, plated heat block, nozzle and the mounting hardware you need — machined in Micro Swiss’s own US facility to bolt straight onto your printer.

TwinClad XT Plated Nozzle

Low-friction, abrasive-ready.

Micro Swiss MK10 All-Metal Hotend Kit detail

Smoother flow, longer life.

The included Micro Swiss nozzle is finished with TwinClad XT, a hard low-friction coating that keeps filament flowing smoothly and resists the abrasion and buildup that wear out a stock brass nozzle.

What It Prints Well

From everyday PLA to high-temp ABS, nylon and PC.

High-Temp Materials

With the PTFE out of the hot zone, the all-metal kit runs ABS, ASA, nylon, polycarbonate and other higher-temperature engineering filaments that cook a PTFE-lined hotend.

Abrasive-Ready

The TwinClad XT plated nozzle and melt path stand up to carbon-fiber, glass-fiber and metal-filled filaments far longer than a stock brass hotend.

A Clean Drop-In Upgrade

Everything you need in one printer-specific kit, with no permanent modification — keep your stock build volume, z-height and firmware, and still print everyday PLA and PETG beautifully.

FAQ

MK10 All-Metal Hotend Kit — Questions

Will this fit my printer?

It is a printer-specific conversion kit for the MK10-based hotends (FlashForge, Wanhao, Monoprice and compatible printers). Not sure it matches your exact model or revision? Call us and we’ll confirm before you buy.

What does an all-metal hotend get me?

Removing the PTFE liner from the hot zone lets you run higher temperatures — ABS, ASA, nylon, polycarbonate and other engineering filaments — without the liner burning, out-gassing or causing heat-creep clogs. The TwinClad XT plated nozzle also handles abrasive, filled filaments far better than stock brass.

Is everything included?

Yes — the kit ships complete with the all-metal heat break, the plated heat block (and silicone sock where applicable), a Micro Swiss nozzle and the mounting hardware and tools needed for the swap. It is a genuine Micro Swiss part, made in the USA.

Is it a genuine Micro Swiss part?

Yes — every part is authentic Micro Swiss, sourced direct and stocked in Michigan. No grey-market, no counterfeit components. Rev1 Technologies is an authorized Micro Swiss reseller.

Do you offer bulk or trade pricing?

Yes — case pricing and scheduled standing orders for shops, schools and print farms, quoted within one business day. Call (248) 707-2950 or use “Get Bulk Pricing” above.

How fast do you ship?

We stock genuine Micro Swiss nozzles in Michigan and ship fast — no overseas lead times or customs surprises. Need it urgently or in volume? Call (248) 707-2950 and we’ll sort it out.
