Authentic Micro Swiss nozzles, made in the USA
Every nozzle is a genuine Micro Swiss part — 360 brass, TwinClad XT plated in Micro Swiss’s own US facility. Rev1 Technologies is your authorized Micro Swiss reseller and US support partner, Auburn Hills, Michigan.
Matched to the Micro Swiss thermal barrier.

Built for the all-metal hotend.
Different internal dimensions, designed around the Micro Swiss thermal barrier tube.
This nozzle is purpose-made for the Micro Swiss MK10 all-metal hotend kit — its internal geometry is matched to the thermal barrier tube so the melt zone seals correctly. Machined from 360 brass for even heat transfer and smooth flow.

Low friction. Handles abrasives.
A hard, wear-resistant nickel-composite plating with very low friction.
TwinClad XT beats nickel-PTFE for low friction and resists abrasion — so even in brass, this nozzle prints carbon-fiber, stainless, wood-filled and other abrasive filaments better than an uncoated nozzle, and lasts longer.

Eight orifice sizes — the widest range.
Same 360 brass body and TwinClad XT coating in every size.
From .2 mm for fine detail all the way to 1.2 mm for maximum flow, this line covers the full range — dial in detail, speed or draft prints on your all-metal MK10 hotend.
All-metal hotend kit only.

Fits the Micro Swiss MK10 all-metal hotend kit only.
It will NOT fit a stock PTFE-lined MK10 hotend.
Because its internal dimensions are matched to the Micro Swiss thermal barrier tube, this nozzle fits only the Micro Swiss MK10 all-metal hotend kit. If your printer still has its stock PTFE-lined MK10 hotend, choose the standard PTFE-lined MK10 brass nozzle instead. Not sure which you have? Call us and we’ll confirm.

FAQ
Micro Swiss MK10 All-Metal Brass Nozzle — Questions
Will this fit my stock FlashForge / Dremel?
No. This nozzle is made only for the Micro Swiss MK10 all-metal hotend kit — its internal dimensions differ from a stock PTFE-lined MK10 hotend. For a stock MK10 printer, choose the standard PTFE-lined MK10 brass nozzle instead.
How do I know which hotend I have?
If you’ve installed the Micro Swiss MK10 all-metal hotend kit, this is your nozzle. If your printer still has its original hotend (with a PTFE tube running to the nozzle), you need the standard PTFE-lined MK10 nozzle. Call us and we’ll confirm.
Which orifice size should I pick?
.4 mm is the all-round default. Drop to .2–.3 mm for fine detail, or step up toward 1.2 mm for the fastest, highest-flow draft prints.
