Authentic Micro Swiss nozzles, made in the USA
Every nozzle is a genuine Micro Swiss part — a CuCrZr copper core with an M2 hardened-steel tip, WS2-coated in Micro Swiss’s own US facility. Rev1 Technologies is your authorized Micro Swiss reseller and US support partner, Auburn Hills, Michigan.

Copper thermal conductivity for high-flow printing.
A high-temperature Copper Chromium Zirconium core, electroless-nickel plated.
The CM2 core is machined from Copper Chromium Zirconium — it moves heat far faster than brass or steel, so the melt zone recovers quickly and feeds high flow rates. An electroless-nickel plating protects it against wear and corrosion.

A hardened tip that survives abrasives.
The tip is M2 high-speed steel, hardened to 68 HRC and WS2-coated.
Where the nozzle meets the filament, CM2 uses an M2 hardened-steel tip — hardened to 68 HRC and finished with a WS2 (tungsten disulfide) non-stick coating. It holds its orifice size against carbon-fiber, metal-filled and other abrasive filaments, up to 450°C.

Multiple orifice sizes — detail to high-flow.
Same copper core, nickel plating and M2 tip in every size.
Choose a larger orifice for faster, stronger functional prints, or a smaller one for finer detail — the CM2 copper core keeps flow consistent across the range.

FAQ
CM2 Nozzle — E3D Volcano (1.75mm) — Questions
What makes the CM2 Volcano special?
It combines the CM2 copper core (fast heat transfer) and M2 hardened tip (abrasion resistance) with the Volcano’s extended melt zone — the highest sustained flow of any CM2 nozzle, ideal for fast, big prints.
Does it fit my Volcano hotend?
It fits the E3D Volcano and compatible high-flow hotends for 1.75 mm filament. Not sure? Call us and we’ll confirm before you buy.
Can it print abrasive filaments?
Yes — the M2 hardened-steel tip (68 HRC, WS2-coated) handles carbon-fiber, glass-fiber and metal-filled filaments at high flow and up to 450°C.
