Authentic Micro Swiss nozzles, made in the USA
Every CM2™ nozzle is a genuine Micro Swiss part — a copper-alloy core with a hardened M2 tip and WS2 coating, made in the USA. Rev1 Technologies is your authorized Micro Swiss reseller and US support partner, Auburn Hills, Michigan.
Fast heat, abrasive-proof wear surface.

A copper-alloy core with a 68 HRC steel tip.
The CM2™ pairs a high-temperature copper-chromium-zirconium core — for exceptional thermal conductivity and high-flow performance — with a hardened M2 tool-steel tip at 68 HRC. The copper moves heat fast; the steel tip holds its orifice against abrasive and filled filaments that wear brass open in hours.
Genuine Micro Swiss, built to last.
The body is high-temperature copper chromium zirconium for exceptional thermal conductivity — faster, more even heating and better high-flow performance than a steel nozzle.
The wear surface is a hardened M2 tool-steel insert at 68 HRC — it shrugs off the abrasive carbon-fiber, glass-fiber and metal-filled filaments that chew through brass.
A tungsten-disulfide nano-coating (coefficient of friction ~0.035) keeps filament flowing smoothly and resists buildup — cleaner extrusion, fewer clogs, longer life.
A long melt zone for serious throughput.

Built for the Qidi high-flow hotend.
The extended, volcano-style body gives a longer melt zone and more volumetric flow — faster prints, bigger layer heights and stable extrusion at high temperature. A WS2 (tungsten disulfide) coating keeps filament moving smoothly and resists buildup, for cleaner extrusion and fewer clogs.
From abrasive carbon-fiber to everyday PLA.
Carbon-fiber, glass-fiber, wood- and metal-filled filaments that chew through brass in hours — the 68 HRC M2 hardened tip is built to run them day in, day out.
The copper-alloy core moves heat fast for faster prints, bigger layer heights and stable high-temperature extrusion where a steel nozzle lags.
Runs everyday PLA, PETG and ABS beautifully too — one premium nozzle you can leave installed for everything, abrasive or not.
0.4, 0.6 or 0.8mm, no modification.

Threads straight into your Qidi hotend.
Available in 0.4, 0.6 and 0.8 mm — fine detail through high-flow — all with the identical thread and fit. It drops straight into the Qidi Q1 Pro, X-Max 3, X-Plus 3 and X-Smart 3 with no modification. Genuine Micro Swiss, stocked and supported in the USA.

CM2™ Nozzle for Qidi Q1 Pro & X-Series — Questions
Will it fit my Qidi printer?
Yes — it is a direct drop-in for the Qidi Q1 Pro, X-Max 3, X-Plus 3 and X-Smart 3 high-flow hotends. Not sure which nozzle your machine uses? Call us and we’ll confirm before you buy.
What makes CM2 better than the stock nozzle?
CM2™ combines a copper-alloy core (for fast, even heat and high flow) with a hardened M2 tool-steel tip at 68 HRC and a low-friction WS2 coating — so it prints faster AND survives abrasive carbon-fiber, glass-fiber and metal-filled filaments that destroy brass.
Can I still print normal PLA and PETG?
Absolutely — CM2™ runs everyday PLA, PETG and ABS beautifully too. It’s a do-it-all upgrade you can leave installed for everything, abrasive or not.
