Authentic Micro Swiss nozzles, made in the USA
Every nozzle is a genuine Micro Swiss part — 360 brass, plated with TwinClad XT in Micro Swiss’s own US facility. Rev1 Technologies is your authorized Micro Swiss reseller and US support partner, Auburn Hills, Michigan.

A precise, genuine Micro Swiss Volcano nozzle.
Machined from 360 brass for even heat transfer.
Micro Swiss machines each Volcano nozzle from 360 brass, then nickel-plates it for corrosion and wear resistance — smooth, repeatable extrusion across PLA, PETG and ABS, and a real upgrade over the stock Volcano nozzle.

Low friction. Handles abrasives.
A hard, wear-resistant nickel-composite plating with very low friction.
TwinClad XT beats nickel-PTFE for low friction and resists abrasion — so this plated brass Volcano nozzle handles carbon-fiber, metal-filled and wood-filled filaments far better than an uncoated nozzle, and lasts longer.

High-flow geometry — detail to fast draft.
The longer Volcano melt zone feeds big orifices at speed.
Pair the extended Volcano melt zone with a larger orifice (.6–1.0 mm) for high-flow, high-speed functional prints, or drop to .25–.4 mm when you need finer detail. Same brass body and TwinClad XT coating in every size.

FAQ
Brass Plated Volcano Nozzle (1.75mm) — Questions
Does it fit my Volcano hotend?
It fits the E3D Volcano and compatible high-flow hotends for 1.75 mm filament — including Anycubic Kobra / Kobra Max / Plus / Vyper and Artillery machines that use a Volcano-style nozzle. Not sure? Call us with your printer model and we’ll confirm.
Why a Volcano nozzle instead of a standard one?
The Volcano’s longer melt zone heats filament over a greater length, so it can push more plastic at higher speeds and larger layer heights — ideal for fast drafts and big functional parts.
Which orifice size should I pick?
For high-flow speed go .6–1.0 mm; for finer detail stay at .25–.4 mm. Every size shares the same plated brass body and TwinClad XT coating.
