Authentic Micro Swiss nozzles, made in the USA
Every nozzle is a genuine Micro Swiss part — 360 brass, TwinClad XT plated in Micro Swiss’s own US facility. Rev1 Technologies is your authorized Micro Swiss reseller and US support partner, Auburn Hills, Michigan.
Brass that prints clean — and lasts longer.

The thermal performance of brass.
360 brass transfers heat quickly and evenly for reliable, consistent extrusion.
Brass is the standard for a reason — excellent heat transfer and smooth flow across PLA, PETG, ABS and more. Micro Swiss machines each nozzle to tight tolerances so your first layer and your thousandth look the same.

Low friction. Harder than plain brass.
A nickel-composite plating with one of the lowest coefficients of friction available.
TwinClad XT beats nickel-PTFE for low friction, and it’s hard and abrasion-resistant — so this brass nozzle also handles carbon-fiber, stainless, wood-filled and other abrasive filaments far better than an uncoated brass nozzle, greatly improving nozzle life.

Seven orifice sizes — fine detail to high-flow.
Same 360 brass body and TwinClad XT coating in every size.
Drop to .2–.25 mm for miniatures and fine detail, stay at .4 mm for everyday prints, or open up to .6–.8 mm for faster, stronger functional parts. One nozzle line for the whole farm.

FAQ
Micro Swiss Brass RepRap Nozzle — Questions
Will this fit my printer?
It is a RepRap-standard M6×1.0 nozzle for 1.75 mm filament — it fits E3D V4/V5/V6 1.75 hotends and machines that use them (Prusa i3 MK2/MK2S/MK3/Mini, Anycubic, JGAURORA). Not sure? Call us with your printer model and we’ll confirm before you buy.
Can brass handle abrasive filaments?
Thanks to the TwinClad XT coating, this brass nozzle resists abrasion far better than an uncoated one and handles carbon-fiber and metal-filled materials well. For the longest life under constant heavy abrasives, step up to the Micro Swiss A2 hardened tool-steel nozzle.
Which orifice size should I pick?
.4 mm is the all-round default. Drop to .2–.25 mm for fine detail, or open up to .6–.8 mm for faster, stronger functional prints.
