Machined brass, hard low-friction coating.

A cleaner, more repeatable extrusion than stock.
Machined from 360 brass and nickel-plated for even heat transfer and corrosion resistance, then finished with TwinClad XT — a low-friction composite coating that keeps filament flowing smoothly and resists the buildup and wear that clog a bare stock nozzle.
Genuine Micro Swiss, built to last.
Machined from 360 brass and nickel-plated for even heat transfer, corrosion resistance and a smoother, more repeatable extrusion than the stock nozzle.
A hard, nickel-composite plating with one of the lowest coefficients of friction available — it resists abrasion and material buildup far better than nickel-PTFE.
A genuine Micro Swiss part, machined and plated in Micro Swiss’s own US facility — never grey-market, counterfeit brass or mystery coating.
No modification, no adapters.

Threads straight into your hotend.
Designed to match the MK9 / CTC hotend hotend exactly, it drops straight in with no modification — same thread, same seat. Genuine Micro Swiss, stocked and supported in the USA.
From everyday PLA to PETG and ABS.
PLA, PETG and ABS at the quality and consistency you expect — a clean, genuine upgrade over the stock nozzle, with smoother flow and fewer clogs.
The TwinClad XT coating lets this brass nozzle handle carbon-fiber, glass-fiber, metal-filled and wood-filled filaments far longer than an uncoated nozzle.
Drop to a smaller orifice for fine detail, or step up for faster, stronger functional parts — the same brass body and coating across every size.

MK9 Brass Nozzle (CTC) — Questions
Will it fit my printer?
It is a direct replacement for the brass nozzle in the MK9-style hotend used on CTC and compatible Replicator-style printers. Not sure which nozzle your machine uses? Call us and we’ll confirm before you buy.
What does the TwinClad XT coating do?
TwinClad XT is a very-low-friction, hard electroless-nickel composite coating. It helps filament flow more smoothly and consistently, resists buildup and wear, and gives a longer, more repeatable service life than an uncoated stock brass nozzle.
Which orifice size should I pick?
0.4 mm is the all-round default — smaller orifices give finer detail, larger ones print faster with thicker layers. Printing abrasive or filled filaments? Ask us about the hardened and CM2 versions.
Is it a genuine Micro Swiss part?
Yes — every part is authentic Micro Swiss, sourced direct and stocked in Michigan. No grey-market, no counterfeit components. Rev1 Technologies is an authorized Micro Swiss reseller.
Do you offer bulk or trade pricing?
Yes — case pricing and scheduled standing orders for shops, schools and print farms, quoted within one business day. Call (248) 707-2950 or use “Get Bulk Pricing” above.
How fast do you ship?
We stock genuine Micro Swiss nozzles in Michigan and ship fast — no overseas lead times or customs surprises. Need it urgently or in volume? Call (248) 707-2950 and we’ll sort it out.
