Authentic Micro Swiss nozzles, made in the USA
Every nozzle is a genuine Micro Swiss part — 360 brass, TwinClad XT plated in Micro Swiss’s own US facility. Rev1 Technologies is your authorized Micro Swiss reseller and US support partner, Auburn Hills, Michigan.
A precise upgrade for the CR-10S Pro.

Consistent flow, machined to spec.
Built for the CR-10S Pro / CR-10 MAX original hotend’s fine thread.
Micro Swiss machines each nozzle from 360 brass to tight tolerances for even heat transfer and smooth, repeatable extrusion — so your CR-10S Pro stays dimensionally honest across PLA, PETG and ABS.

Low friction. Handles abrasives.
A hard, wear-resistant nickel-composite plating with very low friction.
TwinClad XT beats nickel-PTFE for low friction and resists abrasion — so this brass nozzle prints carbon-fiber, stainless, wood-filled and other abrasive filaments far better than an uncoated nozzle, and lasts longer.

Six orifice sizes — detail to high-flow.
Same 360 brass body and TwinClad XT coating in every size.
Drop to .2–.3 mm for fine detail, keep .4 mm for everyday prints, or step up to .6–1.0 mm for faster, stronger functional parts on your CR-10S Pro.
Original hotend only — fine thread.

For the CR-10S Pro / CR-10 MAX original hotend.
These hotends use a fine M6×.75 mm thread — not the standard MK8 thread.
This nozzle fits the Creality CR-10S Pro and CR-10 MAX original hotend only, which uses a fine M6×.75 mm thread. If your machine has a standard MK8 hotend (most Ender / CR-10 models), choose the MK8 nozzle instead. Not sure? Call us and we’ll confirm.

FAQ
Micro Swiss CR-10S Pro Nozzle — Questions
Will this fit my regular Ender / CR-10?
Only if it has the CR-10S Pro / CR-10 MAX original hotend (fine M6×.75 mm thread). Most Ender and CR-10 machines use a standard MK8 hotend — for those, choose the MK8 nozzle. Call us if you’re unsure.
How do I know which thread I have?
The CR-10S Pro and CR-10 MAX original hotends use a finer M6×.75 mm thread than the common MK8 nozzle. If you haven’t swapped the hotend, this is your nozzle. Call us and we’ll confirm.
Which orifice size should I pick?
.4 mm is the all-round default. Drop to .2–.3 mm for fine detail, or step up to .6–1.0 mm for faster, stronger functional prints.
