Micro Swiss All-Metal Hotend for Zortrax M200 Zortrax M200 / M300 · Slotted Cooling Block · All-Metal
Genuine Micro Swiss all-metal hotend with slotted cooling block — a high-temp drop-in for the Zortrax M200

Convert your Zortrax M200 or M300 to a true all-metal hotend. This Micro Swiss kit pairs an all-metal heat break with a slotted cooling block for strong airflow and a TwinClad XT nozzle — so you can print ABS, nylon, polycarbonate and abrasive filaments without the heat-creep clogs and liner wear of the stock PTFE-lined hotend. A direct drop-in, with the hardware included. Full specifications →

Authentic Micro Swiss nozzles, made in the USA
Every kit is a genuine Micro Swiss all-metal hotend — an all-metal heat break, a slotted cooling block and a TwinClad XT nozzle, made in the USA. Rev1 Technologies is your authorized Micro Swiss reseller and US support partner, Auburn Hills, Michigan.
A complete all-metal assembly.

Heat break, slotted block, nozzle and hardware.
A complete Micro Swiss all-metal assembly — the all-metal heat break, the slotted cooling block, a TwinClad XT nozzle and the mounting hardware for the swap. Genuine Micro Swiss, machined in the USA, and a direct drop-in for your printer.
A true all-metal upgrade, built to last.
Replaces the stock PTFE-lined throat with a true all-metal heat break — there is no liner in the hot zone to burn, deform or out-gas, so you can run higher temperatures without the heat-creep clogs a degrading PTFE tube causes.
The Micro Swiss nozzle and melt path are finished with TwinClad XT — a hard, very-low-friction nickel-composite plating that resists abrasion and buildup far better than a bare brass hotend.
A complete, printer-specific conversion kit — all-metal heat break, plated heat block, nozzle and the mounting hardware you need — machined in Micro Swiss’s own US facility to bolt straight onto your printer.
More airflow over the heat break.

A colder cold-side, fewer heat-creep jams.
The slotted cooling block channels far more airflow across the all-metal heat break than a solid block — it keeps the cold side cold so filament stays rigid right up to the melt zone. That sharp thermal transition is what lets an all-metal hotend run high-temperature and abrasive materials reliably, without the heat-creep clogs that plague a poorly-cooled all-metal setup.
From everyday PLA to high-temp ABS, nylon and PC.
With the PTFE out of the hot zone, the all-metal kit runs ABS, ASA, nylon, polycarbonate and other higher-temperature engineering filaments that cook a PTFE-lined hotend.
The TwinClad XT plated nozzle and melt path stand up to carbon-fiber, glass-fiber and metal-filled filaments far longer than a stock brass hotend.
Everything you need in one printer-specific kit, with no permanent modification — keep your stock build volume, z-height and firmware, and still print everyday PLA and PETG beautifully.

All-Metal Hotend for Zortrax M200 — Questions
Will this fit my printer?
It is a printer-specific all-metal hotend for the Zortrax M200 and M300. Not sure it matches your exact model or revision? Call us and we’ll confirm before you buy.
What does the slotted cooling block do?
The slots let far more air flow across the all-metal heat break than a solid block, keeping the cold side cold. Combined with the PTFE-free hot zone, that sharp thermal transition is what lets you run ABS, nylon, polycarbonate and abrasive filaments without heat-creep clogs.
Is everything included?
Yes — the kit ships with the all-metal heat break, the slotted cooling block, a Micro Swiss TwinClad XT nozzle and the mounting hardware for the swap. It is a genuine Micro Swiss part, made in the USA.
