Micro Swiss All-Metal Hotend Kit for FlashForge FlashForge Finder / Inventor 2 / Guider 2 / 2S / Dremel 3D40 · All-Metal Conversion
Genuine Micro Swiss all-metal conversion kit — a high-temp drop-in for FlashForge Finder, Inventor 2 and Guider 2

Convert your FlashForge Finder, Inventor 2, Guider 2 / 2S or Dremel 3D40 to a true all-metal hotend. This Micro Swiss kit replaces the stock PTFE-lined throat with an all-metal heat break and a TwinClad XT nozzle — so you can print ABS, nylon and abrasive filaments without the heat-creep clogs and liner wear of the stock setup. Guider 2 / 2S note: compatible with the Standard hotend only, not the High-Temp hotend version. Full specifications →
A genuine Micro Swiss all-metal conversion for FlashForge Finder / Guider 2. On a Guider 2/2S, confirm you have the Standard (not High-Temp) hotend — call (248) 707-2950 if unsure.

Authentic Micro Swiss nozzles, made in the USA
Every kit is a genuine Micro Swiss All-Metal Hotend conversion — all-metal heat break, plated heat block and TwinClad XT nozzle, made in the USA. Rev1 Technologies is your authorized Micro Swiss reseller and US support partner, Auburn Hills, Michigan.
No PTFE liner in the hot zone.

High-temp capable, no heat-creep clogs.
The all-metal heat break removes the PTFE liner from the melt zone, so there is nothing to burn or deform at temperature — run ABS, nylon and other higher-temperature materials without the heat-creep clogs a lined throat causes.
A true all-metal upgrade, built to last.
Replaces the stock PTFE-lined throat with a true all-metal heat break — there is no liner in the hot zone to burn, deform or out-gas, so you can run higher temperatures without the heat-creep clogs a degrading PTFE tube causes.
The Micro Swiss nozzle and melt path are finished with TwinClad XT — a hard, very-low-friction nickel-composite plating that resists abrasion and buildup far better than a bare brass hotend.
A complete, printer-specific conversion kit — all-metal heat break, plated heat block, nozzle and the mounting hardware you need — machined in Micro Swiss’s own US facility to bolt straight onto your printer.
Low-friction, abrasive-ready.

Smoother flow, longer life.
The included Micro Swiss nozzle is finished with TwinClad XT, a hard low-friction coating that keeps filament flowing smoothly and resists the abrasion and buildup that wear out a stock brass nozzle.
From everyday PLA to high-temp ABS, nylon and PC.
With the PTFE out of the hot zone, the all-metal kit runs ABS, ASA, nylon, polycarbonate and other higher-temperature engineering filaments that cook a PTFE-lined hotend.
The TwinClad XT plated nozzle and melt path stand up to carbon-fiber, glass-fiber and metal-filled filaments far longer than a stock brass hotend.
Everything you need in one printer-specific kit, with no permanent modification — keep your stock build volume, z-height and firmware, and still print everyday PLA and PETG beautifully.

All-Metal Hotend Kit for FlashForge — Questions
Will this fit my printer?
It is a printer-specific conversion kit for the FlashForge Finder, Inventor 2, Guider 2 / 2S and Dremel 3D40. Not sure it matches your exact model or revision? Call us and we’ll confirm before you buy.
What does an all-metal hotend get me?
Removing the PTFE liner from the hot zone lets you run higher temperatures — ABS, ASA, nylon, polycarbonate and other engineering filaments — without the liner burning, out-gassing or causing heat-creep clogs. The TwinClad XT plated nozzle also handles abrasive, filled filaments far better than stock brass.
