CreatBotWater Flow SensorGenuine CreatBot Replacement Part
Water flow sensor for the water-cooling system for the CreatBot PEEK-250 and PEEK-300

The CreatBot water flow sensor (part 180006) monitors coolant flow in the water-cooling system of the CreatBot PEEK-250 and PEEK-300. These printers rely on water cooling to keep the cold side of the extruder cool while the nozzle and chamber run hot. If the coolant stops moving, heat soon creeps up the filament path and the extruder jams. The flow sensor reports whether coolant is actually circulating, so the printer can detect a cooling problem instead of printing on without it. Full specifications →

Signs the flow sensor needs replacing
The printer reports no water flow while the pump is clearly running and coolant is moving.
Flow warnings come and go at random with no change in the cooling loop.
The sensor body is cracked or leaking, or its cable or connector is damaged.
Before replacing the sensor, rule out a real flow problem: check the coolant level, look for kinked lines and air locks, and make sure the pump is working. Rev1 support can help you tell a sensor fault from a pump fault.
Compatible CreatBot 3D printers
The same sensor fits both PEEK models. Related cooling parts: PEEK-250 water pump (180004) and pump with water bottle (180005); PEEK-300 water pump V1 (180001), V2 (180002) and pump with water bottle (180003).
Why the flow sensor matters
A pump can run without moving coolant, for example with an air lock or a blocked line. Measuring flow, rather than assuming it, is what lets the printer catch those failures before they turn into a jammed hotend or a ruined high temperature print.
Installation tips
Turn the printer off and unplug it. Have towels ready, since some coolant will escape when the lines are opened. Note the direction of flow marked on the old sensor, if any, and install the new one the same way. Secure the fittings, reconnect the cable, then top up the coolant and run the pump to purge air. Check for leaks and confirm the printer reads flow correctly before you heat it.

CreatBot Water Flow Sensor for PEEK-250 and PEEK-300 3D Printers — Questions
Does this sensor fit both the PEEK-250 and PEEK-300?
Yes. Part 180006 is listed for both.
My printer shows a flow error. Is it the sensor?
Not always. Check the coolant level, lines and pump first. If coolant is clearly flowing and the error persists, the sensor is the likely cause.
