Signs a TB5128 driver may need replacing
Layer shifts or lost steps on one axis with belts, pulleys and lead screws in good order.
A motor that hums, stutters or will not turn, while the others work normally.
Under-extrusion when the driver runs an extruder and the filament path is clear.
The fault follows the driver when it is swapped with a known good one.

Replace like with like
CreatBot printers use several driver types: TB5128, TB6600 (115016), TMC2209 (115014), TMC2225 (115013) and TMC5160 (115017, 115018). Printer firmware is set up for the driver type fitted in each position, so replace a TB5128 with a TB5128. If you are not sure which type is in your printer, read the marking on the fitted module or send Rev1 a photo.
Installation tips
Switch the printer off and unplug it. Photograph the driver in place, since fitting a driver the wrong way round can damage it. Seat the new module fully in the same orientation, reconnect the motor and test that axis before a full print.
