Signs the core board may need replacing
The printer powers up but the control electronics never start, or the screen cannot connect to the controller.
Firmware will not load or the controller resets during operation.
Visible damage on the module, such as a burnt component or bent or broken pins.

Compatible CreatBot 3D printers
Core board or motherboard?
The core board is a smaller module than the main control board. If diagnosis points at the processor rather than the power stages, connectors or drivers, replacing the core board can be all that is needed. If the motherboard itself is damaged, you need the motherboard for your model instead, for example part 111020 for the D600 Pro3 HS or part 111021 for the D1000 Pro HS. Rev1 support can tell you which one your fault calls for.
Installation tips
Power the printer off and unplug it before opening the electronics bay. Use anti-static precautions, and note the orientation of the existing module before removing it so the new one seats the same way, with every pin aligned. After installation, confirm the firmware with Rev1 support and run the printer through a short test.
