Compatible CreatBot 3D printers
The HS models use different hotends. The D600 Pro2 HS uses quick remove hotend parts 104003 (V1) and 104006 (V2), and the D1000 HS uses parts 104004 (V1) and 104007 (V2).
Choosing low temp or high temp
CreatBot offers this assembly in two versions for the same printers. The low temp version (104018) is the choice for the standard filaments most shops print day to day. The high temp version (104019) is intended for higher temperature engineering materials. If you are unsure which version suits your materials, or which one your printer has installed now, contact Rev1 support with your serial number and the filaments you plan to run.
Installation tips
Power the printer off, unplug it and let the hotend cool fully before you remove the assembly. Photograph the wiring and connector positions first so everything goes back in the same place. After fitting the new hotend, re-level the build platform, check nozzle height and, on dual extrusion setups, recalibrate the nozzle offsets before a short test print.
