The CreatBot Pro-HS hotend is the complete OEM hotend for CreatBot's newer high speed printers: the D400 HS, D600 Pro3 HS and D1000 Pro HS, plus the D800 Ultra and D1200 Ultra. High speed printing depends on the hotend melting filament fast enough to keep up with the motion system, so a healthy hotend is central to print quality on these machines. The 1.0 mm size (104024) is listed for the D400 HS, D600 Pro3 HS and D1000 Pro HS only. All other sizes fit all five printers.
Picking a nozzle size for high speed printing
0.4 mm is the all-round choice for detailed functional parts. 0.3 mm is for small features and fine text, and runs slower. 0.6 mm is a strong general production size on large machines, laying down wider lines with good layer bonding. 0.8 mm and 1.0 mm move the most material per hour, which suits big parts on the D1000 Pro HS and the Ultra printers where print time matters most. Larger nozzles are also more tolerant of filled filaments.
If you prefer a hotend designed for fast removal, CreatBot also offers the quick-remove hotend for the same printers (parts 104025 to 104029).
Installation tips
Power off and let the hotend cool. Note the wiring and filament path, remove the installed hotend and fit the new one in the same orientation. Reconnect, heat up and load filament, then run the printer's nozzle height or leveling routine and a first layer test. Update the nozzle size in your slicer.

Which size do I need?
0.4 mm for general work, 0.3 mm for fine detail, and 0.6 to 1.0 mm for faster large parts. 1.0 mm is not listed for the Ultra printers.
Does it fit the D600 Pro2 HS?
No. The D600 Pro2 HS uses its own hotend (104001) or quick-remove hotend (104003, 104006).
