The CreatBot Pro HS heating block (part 102011) is the OEM hotend heating block for the current generation of CreatBot high speed printers: the D400 HS, D600 Pro3 HS, D1000 Pro HS, D800 Ultra and D1200 Ultra. Signs your heating block needs replacing

Compatible CreatBot 3D printers
Earlier HS machines use a different block. The D600 Pro2 HS and D1000 HS take the HS Heating Block V1 (part 102004), and the PEEK-250 and F430 NX take the HS Heating Block V2 (part 102005). Check your model name carefully before ordering.
Installation tips
Heat the hotend before removing the nozzle so it releases cleanly, then power the printer off, unplug it and let the hotend cool fully before you remove the heater and temperature sensor. Photograph the wiring and sensor routing before you disconnect anything. Install the nozzle into the new block, refit the heater and sensor securely, and do a final tightening of the nozzle with the hotend hot. Afterwards, recalibrate the nozzle height and run a short test print to confirm stable temperatures.

No. The D1000 HS and D600 Pro2 HS use the HS Heating Block V1, part 102004. This block is for the D1000 Pro HS and the other models listed above.
Do I need a new nozzle when I replace the block?
Not always. If the nozzle threads and bore are in good condition you can reuse it. If filament leaked around the old block, fitting a fresh nozzle at the same time is a sensible choice.
