The CreatBot extruder E1 motor (part 131038) is the OEM motor for the first extruder on three CreatBot HS printers: the D400 HS, D600 Pro3 HS and D1000 Pro HS. It turns the drive gear that pushes filament into the hotend. Signs the E1 motor needs replacing
E1 clicks or skips at speed but prints normally when you slow down, with a clear nozzle.
E1 does not turn at all during load or extrude commands.
Walls and infill from the first extruder are thin while E2 prints normally.
Unusual noise, vibration or heat from the E1 motor.

Compatible CreatBot 3D printers
One part covers all three models, which makes it a sensible spare if you run more than one HS printer. The second extruder uses the extruder E2 motor, part 131039. Other HS models use different extruder motors: the D600 Pro2 HS uses 131002 and 131003, and the D1000 HS uses 131005 and 131006.
Installation tips
Unload filament from E1 and let the hotend cool. Turn the printer off and unplug it. Take a photo of the extruder and wiring, then remove the old motor and note how the drive gear is fitted. Install the new motor in the same orientation, refit the gear in line with the filament path and set the tension. Extrude a test length, then print a short part at your normal speed to confirm steady feeding.
