Signs the fan needs replacing
No airflow from the power supply area when the printer is on.
Rattling, grinding or a rising whine from the electronics bay.
Unexpected shutdowns or resets on long prints, especially in a warm room.

Compatible CreatBot 3D printers
This is a different fan from the sink fans and cross flow fans on the same printers. For example, the D1000 sink fan is part 150032 and its cross flow fan is part 150035.
Which part number should I choose?
Any of the four. CreatBot catalogs the fan separately for each printer, but the part is the same. Ordering your own printer's number keeps your records consistent, and a shop running more than one of these models can keep a single spare for all of them.
Installation tips
Switch the printer off, unplug it from the wall and wait a few minutes for the power supply to discharge before you open the electronics bay. Note which way the old fan blows (most fans show an airflow arrow on the frame) and fit the new one the same way. Reconnect it at the same connector, keep the cable clear of the blades, and confirm it spins at power up.
