PEEK-300 Z Motor (Z-Axis Motor)
The CreatBot PEEK-300 Z motor (part 131037) is the OEM Z-axis motor for the CreatBot PEEK-300. It moves the Z axis one layer height after each layer and sets the first layer gap. The strength of a PEEK part depends on how well each layer fuses to the one below, so an even, repeatable Z step is as important as hotend temperature. Signs the Z motor needs replacing
The Z axis does not home, or stalls when jogged.
Banding, uneven layer lines or a step in height partway up.
Parts measure short or tall in Z.
Grinding, knocking or rough movement from the Z drive.

The other PEEK-300 motors are X motor 131035, Y motor 131036 and extruder motors 131033 and 131034. The PEEK-250 uses Z motor 131014.
Installation tips
Let the printer cool fully, then switch it off and unplug it. Support the Z assembly so it cannot drop once the motor is released. Photograph the cable route and connector, fit the new motor in the same position and orientation, and confirm it is fully seated. Run the axis through its full travel, then home, re-level the bed and print a first layer test before you return to PEEK.
