PEEK-300 X Motor (X-Axis Motor)
The CreatBot PEEK-300 X motor (part 131035) is the OEM X-axis motor for the CreatBot PEEK-300. It drives motion along the X axis and places every extrusion line along that direction. Signs the X motor needs replacing
Layers shift along the X axis during printing.
The X axis does not home, or homes with grinding or clicking.
The motor buzzes or vibrates without moving the axis smoothly.
X dimensions drift between prints of the same part.
Belt tension, a slipping pulley, a snagged cable or a driver fault can cause the same layer shifts. Check those first, or ask Rev1 support to help diagnose the axis.
Compatible CreatBot 3D printer
The other PEEK-300 motors are the Y motor 131036, the Z motor 131037 and the extruder motors 131033 (E1) and 131034 (E2). The PEEK-250 uses a combined X/Y high temp motor, part 131013.
Installation tips
Let the printer cool fully, then switch it off and unplug it. Photograph the wiring and mark the pulley position on the old motor shaft. Release belt tension, remove the old motor and fit the new one in the same orientation. Refit the pulley so the belt runs straight, re-tension, and move the print head by hand to confirm smooth travel. Home the printer and print a calibration part to check X accuracy before running PEEK.
