PEEK-300 Water Pump for the Water-Cooling System
The CreatBot PEEK-300 water pump drives the water-cooling system on the CreatBot PEEK-300. Printing PEEK means a very hot nozzle in a very hot chamber, and the cold side of the extruder still has to stay cool so filament does not soften before it reaches the melt zone. Water cooling carries that heat away, and the pump keeps the coolant circulating. CreatBot has made two versions of this pump for the PEEK-300, V1 and V2, and this page covers both. Coolant is not moving through the lines while the printer runs.
The printer reports a cooling or water flow fault.
The pump hums, rattles or starts and stops on its own.

Compatible CreatBot 3D printers
Both versions are listed for the PEEK-300. The pump with water bottle is part 180003, and the water flow sensor is part 180006. The PEEK-250 uses its own pump, part 180004.
Which version do I need?
CreatBot lists two pump versions for the PEEK-300, so the version you need depends on which pump your machine was built with. The simplest approach is to match what is installed now: check the label or markings on your current pump, or compare its shape and connections. If you cannot tell, send Rev1 your printer's serial number and a photo of the old pump, and we will confirm V1 or V2 before you order. Matching the original version keeps the mounting and line connections the same.
Installation tips
Turn the printer off and unplug it. Place a tray and towels under the pump, since some coolant will escape. Note the inlet and outlet before disconnecting the lines, fit the new pump the same way round and secure every fitting. Top up the reservoir, run the pump to purge air and check each joint for leaks before you heat the printer.
