Signs your hotend needs replacing
Repeated clogs or under-extrusion that return after cleaning and nozzle changes.
The hotend heats slowly, will not hold its set temperature, or reports a temperature error.

The PEEK-250 uses a different hotend: part 104005, shared with the F430 NX.
HT or LT: which hotend do I need?
CreatBot offers two hotends for the PEEK-300. This HT hotend (104017) is the high temperature version. The LT hotend (104016) is the low temperature version. Order the same version you are replacing, which you can confirm from the hotend fitted to your printer. If you are unsure which one your PEEK-300 uses, send Rev1 your serial number and we will confirm it.
Installation tips
Power the printer off, unplug it and let the hotend cool fully before you remove it. Photograph the heater and sensor connections before disconnecting them so each one goes back in the same place. After fitting the new hotend, check that the nozzle is tight, then recalibrate nozzle height and bed leveling and run a short test print. If you prefer not to do the swap yourself, Rev1 can install it as your certified CreatBot service provider.
