The CreatBot PEEK-300 E1 motor (part 131033) is the OEM motor for the first extruder (E1) on the CreatBot PEEK-300. It turns the drive gear that feeds filament into the hotend. The PEEK-300 is built to print PEEK and other high performance polymers, and these materials need steady, accurate feeding to bond properly layer to layer. Signs the E1 motor needs replacing
E1 does not turn when you load or extrude filament.
Clicking or skipping on E1 while the nozzle and filament path are clear.
Thin walls, gaps or poor layer bonding from E1 while E2 prints normally.
The motor vibrates or hums without turning, or runs much hotter than the E2 motor.
A partial clog, a worn drive gear or a cable fault can cause the same problems. Rev1 support can help you confirm the motor is the cause before you order.
Compatible CreatBot 3D printer
The PEEK-300 second extruder uses the E2 motor, part 131034. The PEEK-300 motion motors are parts 131035 (X), 131036 (Y) and 131037 (Z). The PEEK-250 uses a different extruder motor, part 131015.
Installation tips
Unload the filament from E1 and let the printer cool fully. Power off and unplug it. Photograph the extruder and wiring, and note how the drive gear sits on the shaft. Install the new motor in the same orientation, align the drive gear with the filament path and set the tension. Extrude a short test length through E1, then run a small test print before you start a full job in PEEK.
