Cross flow (tangential) fan for the CreatBot PEEK-300
The CreatBot PEEK-300 cross flow fan (part 150039) is the OEM cross flow fan for the CreatBot PEEK-300. A cross flow fan, also called a tangential fan, uses a long cylindrical impeller to produce a wide, even sheet of air along its full length. In an enclosed printer this type of fan is used to move air through the chamber so heat is spread evenly instead of collecting in one area. Signs the cross flow fan needs replacing
The fan does not turn, or turns slowly, when the chamber is in use.
Rubbing, rattling or a wobble in the impeller.
The chamber takes longer than usual to come up to temperature, or the printer reports a chamber fault.
Warping or cracking on parts that printed well before, with no change to settings or material.
Chamber problems can also come from a heater, sensor or wiring fault. If you are not sure which part has failed, contact Rev1 support before you order.
Compatible CreatBot 3D printer
Cross flow fans are model specific. The D600 Pro (150027), D600 Pro2 (150031), D1000 (150035), F430 (150018, 150019) and F430 NX (150012, 150013) each use their own. The other PEEK-300 fans are the water cooling fan (150036), cooling fan (150037) and power supply cooling fan (150038).
Installation tips
Switch the printer off, unplug it and let the chamber cool fully. Note how the fan is mounted and how its cable is routed, then remove it without bending the impeller. Fit the new fan so it turns freely by hand before you reconnect it, then heat the chamber and confirm the fan runs smoothly.

No. Each model has its own cross flow fan. The PEEK-300 uses part 150039.
Is a cross flow fan the same as a standard axial fan?
No. A cross flow fan spreads air along its length, while an axial fan blows a round column of air. They are not interchangeable.
