PEEK-300 Z Bed Leveling Servo
The CreatBot PEEK300 Z servo for bed leveling (part 133009) is the OEM servo for the automatic bed leveling system on the CreatBot PEEK-300. High performance materials need a first layer that is right everywhere on the plate, because poor adhesion leads to warping and lifting as the part grows. Signs the leveling servo needs replacing
The leveling routine stops with an error or the probe never makes contact.
The probe stays deployed during printing.
The servo moves erratically, vibrates or is noisy.
Leveling results vary between runs on a bed that has not changed.
On a high temperature machine, cables and connectors near the print head can also degrade over time. Inspect the servo cable for damage before you replace the servo, or ask Rev1 support to help.
Compatible CreatBot 3D printer
The PEEK-300 also has a separate auto-rising servo for the idle nozzle, part 133012 (CreatBot also lists 133013). Other models use their own leveling servos, such as the F430 NX (133005).
Installation tips
Turn the printer off and let the whole machine cool fully. Photograph the servo, the probe linkage and the wiring. Remove the old servo, fit the new one in the same orientation and reconnect it, keeping the cable away from heated parts. Clean the probe and build plate, run the leveling routine more than once to confirm repeatable readings, and finish with a first layer test print.

No. This one serves the bed leveling probe. The auto-rising servo lifts the idle nozzle and is a different part.
