PEEK-250 Z Motor (Z-Axis Motor)
The CreatBot PEEK-250 Z motor (part 131014) is the OEM Z-axis motor for the CreatBot PEEK-250. It steps the Z axis by one layer height after each layer, so it sets layer thickness and the first layer gap. Signs the Z motor needs replacing
The Z axis does not home, or stalls when you jog it.
Uneven layer lines, banding or a step in height partway up a print.
The first layer gap changes between prints even after leveling.
Grinding, clicking or rough movement from the Z drive.

Compatible CreatBot 3D printer
The PEEK-250 also uses the X/Y high temp motor (131013) and the extruder motor (131015). The PEEK-300 Z motor is a different part, 131037.
Installation tips
Allow the printer to cool fully, then switch it off and unplug it. Support the Z assembly so it cannot drop when the motor is released. Photograph the cable routing and connector, fit the new motor in the same position and orientation, and confirm it is fully seated. Move the axis through its full travel, then home, re-level the bed and print a first layer test before running PEEK again.
