Signs the Z-axis belt needs replacing
Regular banding or uneven layer lines on the sides of prints.
Finished parts are shorter or taller than the model.
The build plate is no longer level after homing, even though leveling was correct before.

The PEEK-300 uses a different Z axis belt, part 141008. Be sure to order the belt that matches the model on your printer's label.
Before you replace it
Z faults are easy to misread. Banding can also come from a dirty lead screw or a temperature swing, and a tilted plate can come from a leveling sensor problem. Look at the belt first: if it is worn, slack or has jumped teeth on its pulley, the belt is the likely cause. If it looks good, contact Rev1 support before you order.
Installation tips
Let the printer cool fully, then power it off and unplug it. Support the build plate so it cannot move while the Z drive is open. Mark the pulley positions, note the belt path, and fit the new belt so every pulley stays in the same position. Tension it, home the printer, re-level the bed, and run a short test print before you start a long PEEK job.
