PEEK-250 Hotend Temperature Sensor
The CreatBot PEEK-250 temperature sensor is the OEM hotend temperature sensor for the CreatBot PEEK-250 3D printer. The PEEK-250 is built for high performance polymers such as PEEK, which are sensitive to processing temperature: too cool and layers bond poorly, too hot and the material can degrade. When to replace the sensor
Temperature readings that fluctuate, freeze or do not match the hotend's behavior.
Sensor, minimum temperature or maximum temperature errors on the display.
PEEK parts with weak layer bonding or discoloration that appear without any profile change.
Visible damage to the sensor lead or its insulation.
Before replacing the sensor, check the connector and the cable run for damage, since those faults look similar.

Compatible CreatBot 3D printer
Both versions are for the PEEK-250 only. The PEEK-300 uses different sensors (106009, plus the PEEK300 DAS temperature sensor 106013), and the F430 NX has its own Original and V2 sensors (106003, 106004).
Original or V2?
Order the version that is installed in your PEEK-250 today. The controller is set up for a specific sensor, and a mismatch can produce readings that look plausible but are off, which is a real problem when printing PEEK. If the sensor has been replaced before, your service records should show which version went in. Otherwise, contact Rev1 with the printer serial number and we will identify it for you.
Installation tips
Allow the hotend to cool completely and disconnect power. Remove any hotend cover, note the routing of the sensor lead, and release the sensor from the heating block. Seat the new sensor fully, secure it without over-tightening, and reconnect it at the original connector. Heat up in steps and confirm a stable reading before running a PEEK print.
