The CreatBot PEEK-250 HEPA filter (part 109011) is the OEM replacement air filter for the CreatBot PEEK-250. Its air filtration system passes chamber air through the HEPA filter to trap fine particles released during printing. Planning filter changes around PEEK jobs
Prints in high performance materials are often long, and the material on the spool is valuable. The last thing you want is to stop a job to deal with maintenance. Inspect the filter between prints, and fit a new one before a long job if the old one is showing its age. Keeping one spare filter on the shelf turns a replacement into a short task. HEPA filters cannot be cleaned: washing, vacuuming or compressed air damages the media, so always replace rather than refresh.
Installation tips
Turn the printer off and allow it to cool before opening the filter housing. Note how the old filter sits, then remove it. Fit the new filter in the same orientation, make sure it is fully seated with no gaps around the edges, and close the housing. Seal the old filter in a bag before disposal.
