Signs the heating tube needs replacing
The hotend heats slowly or never reaches its set temperature.
The printer reports a heating fault or a temperature that drops during a print.
Layers on high temperature prints bond poorly even though settings have not changed.
The heater leads are damaged, pinched or burnt near the heating block.

Compatible CreatBot 3D printer
The PEEK-300 uses a different heater: part 105008, or part 105012 for the PEEK-300 DAS. The F430 NX also has its own heating tubes, part 105003 and part 105004 (V2).
Installation tips
Power the printer off, unplug it and let the hotend cool completely before you touch the heating block. Photograph the heater wiring and its route through the print head before removing anything. Loosen the retaining screw, slide the old heating tube out, and seat the new one fully in the block before tightening. Route the new leads the same way as the originals so they stay clear of moving parts and hot surfaces. After the swap, heat the hotend while watching the temperature reading, then run a short test print to confirm stable extrusion. If you prefer not to work on the print head wiring, Rev1 service can install and test the part as your certified CreatBot service provider.
