The CreatBot PEEK-250 extruder unit (part 183003) is the complete OEM extruder assembly for the CreatBot PEEK-250. The PEEK-250 prints high performance polymers such as PEEK and PEI. These filaments are stiff, they are printed slowly over long jobs, and they leave little room for inconsistent extrusion. The extruder has to hold a firm, even grip for hours at a time. Installation tips
Unload filament with the hotend at printing temperature, then switch off and unplug the printer. High temperature print heads and chambers take a long time to cool, so wait until everything is safe to handle. Photograph the wiring and cable routing, fit the new unit with the original hardware and reconnect each cable as it was. Load filament, run a manual extrusion test and print a short calibration part before starting a long PEEK job.
