The CreatBot PEEK-250 chamber heater (part 182007) is the OEM heater for the build chamber of the CreatBot PEEK-250. The PEEK-250 is designed for high performance polymers such as PEEK and PEI, and those materials depend on a hot, stable chamber more than almost any other filament. Signs the chamber heater needs replacing
The chamber no longer reaches its set temperature, or takes noticeably longer to get there.
The printer shows a chamber heating fault.
PEEK or PEI parts that printed well before now warp, crack or delaminate.
The heater or its wiring shows heat damage, discoloration or a loose connector.

The PEEK-300 uses its own chamber heater, part 182008. CreatBot's F430 and F430 NX chamber heaters (182001 to 182004) are also separate parts.
Installation tips
High temperature chambers hold heat for a long time after a print, so give the printer plenty of time to cool once it is switched off and unplugged. Photograph the heater wiring and terminal positions, then fit the new heater in the same place using the original hardware. Check that every connection is tight and that no lead can touch a hot surface. Run a full chamber heat cycle with the door closed and confirm the chamber reaches and holds its set point before starting a PEEK print. If your printer is under warranty, contact Rev1 first.

No. The PEEK-300 uses part 182008.
Why is chamber heat so important for PEEK?
PEEK shrinks significantly as it cools. A hot chamber keeps the part at a more even temperature, which reduces warping and cracking and improves layer bonding.
