The CreatBot PEEK-250 AC power check PCB (part 114001) is the OEM circuit board that checks the AC power side of the CreatBot PEEK-250 3D printer. Signs the AC power check PCB may need replacing
The printer reports a power fault or refuses to start heating even though mains power is connected and stable.
Power related errors appear at random and clear when the board's connectors are reseated.
Visible damage on the board, such as a burnt area, a damaged connector or a cracked joint.
Supply problems, a tripped breaker or a damaged power cable can produce similar errors. Rule those out first, and contact Rev1 support if you are not sure.
Compatible CreatBot 3D printer
The PEEK-250 also uses a separate water cooling PCB (part 114002) and an adapter board (part 114003). Check which board the fault points to before ordering.
Installation
This board sits on the AC side of the printer. Switch the PEEK-250 off, unplug it from the wall and wait for the machine to cool fully before you open the electronics area. Photograph the board and its wiring, label each connection, and transfer them one by one to the new board. If you are not comfortable working near mains wiring, have a qualified technician or Rev1 do the job.
