CreatBotLT Heating BlockGenuine CreatBot Replacement Part
LT Heating Block for D600, D600 Pro and F430

The CreatBot LT heating block (part 102001) is the OEM hotend heating block for the CreatBot D600, D600 Pro and F430. The heating block is the metal body at the bottom of the hotend: the nozzle threads into it, and it carries the heater cartridge and temperature sensor that bring the melt zone up to printing temperature. This is the LT version. The same printers also use an HT version, so check which one your hotend has before you order. Full specifications →

Signs the heating block needs replacing
Stripped or damaged nozzle threads, so the nozzle will not seat or seal.
Filament leaking around the nozzle or out of the top of the block.
A heater cartridge or thermistor that will no longer clamp securely in its bore.
A block heavily coated in burnt filament that cannot be cleaned.
Compatible CreatBot 3D printers
Newer models use different blocks. The D600 Pro2 and D1000 use part 102003, the D600 Pro2 HS and D1000 HS use part 102004, and the F430 NX uses part 102005.
LT or HT: which block do I need?

The D600, D600 Pro and F430 can be fitted with either an LT or an HT hotend, and each uses its own heating block. Order the LT block (102001) if your printer runs the LT hotend, and the HT block (part 102002) if it runs the HT hotend. If you are not sure which hotend is installed, send Rev1 your serial number or a photo of the hotend and we will confirm it.
Installation tips
Heat the hotend to printing temperature to remove the nozzle cleanly, then power the printer off, unplug it and let the hotend cool fully before you remove the heater cartridge and thermistor. Photograph the wiring and sensor positions first. Seat the heater and thermistor fully in the new block, refit the nozzle and tighten it hot. Afterwards, check the nozzle height and bed leveling and run a short test print.
