The CreatBot LT heat break is the OEM heat break for the low temperature (LT) hotend on CreatBot D600, D600 Pro, F430, F1000 and PEEK-300 printers. It threads between the heating block and the cooled upper section of the hotend and forms a sharp boundary between hot and cold, so filament only melts where it should. Why replace the heat break
The LT hotend usually runs everyday materials such as PLA, PETG and ABS, and these are the jobs that keep a printer busy. Over time the heat break bore collects residue, threads get stressed during nozzle changes, and a once-reliable hotend starts to jam. A fresh heat break is often the fix when cleaning and a new nozzle have not helped.

Fit depends on the version. Both versions are listed for the D600 Pro, so check which hotend version your D600 Pro carries.
How to pick the right version
Start with your printer model. D600, F430 and PEEK-300 owners need V1. F1000 owners need V2. On a D600 Pro, compare the hotend on the machine with your service records, or send Rev1 a photo of the hotend and the printer serial number and we will confirm it.
If the jam is in the other hotend, you need the high temperature part instead: HT heat break V1 (103003) or V2 (103004). The D600 Pro2 HS and D1000 HS use a separate HS heat break (103005).
Installation tips
Clear any filament from the hotend, then power down and allow it to cool. Unscrew the nozzle and old heat break, and inspect the heating block threads for damage. Install the new LT heat break, refit the nozzle, and finish tightening the nozzle at printing temperature so it seats firmly against the heat break. Reload filament and print a small test part.

Which version do I need?
V1 (103001) for the D600, F430 and PEEK-300. V2 (103002) for the F1000. D600 Pro owners should match the hotend fitted to their printer.
Is the LT heat break the same as the HT heat break?
No. They are separate parts. The HT versions are 103003 and 103004.
