CreatBotHT Heating BlockGenuine CreatBot Replacement Part
HT Heating Block for D600, D600 Pro and F430

The CreatBot HT heating block (part 102002) is the OEM hotend heating block for the CreatBot D600, D600 Pro and F430. The heating block sits at the bottom of the hotend: the nozzle threads into it, and it holds the heater and temperature sensor that bring the melt zone up to printing temperature. A block in good condition transfers heat evenly and gives the printer an accurate temperature reading, which is what keeps extrusion steady through long prints. Full specifications →

Signs your heating block needs replacing
Stripped or damaged threads, so the nozzle will not seat or tighten properly.
Filament leaking around the nozzle or the top of the block after a blob or clog.
The heater or temperature sensor no longer sits firmly in its bore, causing temperature swings or heating errors.
Heavy buildup of burnt plastic that cannot be cleaned without damaging the block.
Compatible CreatBot 3D printers
Newer models use different blocks. The D600 Pro2 and D1000 use part 102003, the D600 Pro2 HS and D1000 HS use part 102004, and the F430 NX uses part 102005. The D600 Pro3 HS, D1000 Pro HS, D400 HS and Ultra Series use part 102011.
HT or LT: choosing the version

CreatBot offers two heating blocks for these printers: this HT block (102002) and the LT block (102001). Both fit the D600, D600 Pro and F430, but they belong to different hotend configurations. Replace like with like and order the version your hotend currently uses. If you are not sure which one is installed, send Rev1 your printer serial number or a photo of the hotend and we will confirm it.
Installation tips
Heat the hotend and remove the nozzle while it is hot, supporting the block so you do not bend the heat break. Then power the printer off, unplug it and let the hotend cool fully before you remove the heater and temperature sensor. Photograph the wiring and the position of each component first. Fit the new block, reinstall the heater and sensor securely, and tighten the nozzle again at printing temperature. Finish by checking nozzle height, recalibrating the bed and running a short test print.
