HT Heat Break for D600, D600 Pro, F430, F1000 and PEEK-300 3D Printers
The CreatBot HT heat break is the OEM heat break for the high temperature (HT) hotend on CreatBot D600, D600 Pro, F430, F1000 and PEEK-300 printers. The heat break is the narrow tube between the heating block and the cooled section of the hotend. Signs the heat break needs replacing
Jams that keep returning, especially during long prints or slow, detailed sections.
Filament that is swollen or deformed above the melt zone when you pull it out.
Leaks at the heat break threads, or threads damaged by a forced nozzle change.
A bore that is scored or coated with burnt material that cleaning does not clear.

Compatible CreatBot 3D printers
Fit differs by version. The D600 Pro appears under both versions, so D600 Pro owners should match the version of the hotend installed on their machine.
Choosing between V1 and V2, and HT or LT
For the D600, F430 and PEEK-300, order V1. For the F1000, order V2. For a D600 Pro, match the version of the hotend currently installed. If you cannot tell, contact Rev1 with the printer serial number before ordering.
Also make sure you need the HT part. CreatBot offers both low temperature (LT) and high temperature (HT) hotends for these printers, and each uses its own heat break. The matching LT heat breaks are V1 (103001) and V2 (103002). The D600 Pro2 HS and D1000 HS use the HS heat break (103005).
Installation tips
Power down and let the hotend cool to a safe handling temperature. Remove the nozzle and heat break from the heating block, clean any residue from the threads, and fit the new heat break fully into the cooled section. Reinstall the nozzle, bring the hotend up to printing temperature and give the nozzle a final tightening so it seals against the heat break. Load filament and run a test print.

Which version do I need?
